Memorial Day weekend was HOT... and it didn't help that our air conditioner went out Saturday and my parent's pool isn't fixed yet. It really made me think about how lucky and appreciative I am to even have air and get to enjoy Mimi and Papa's pool.
We made the best of the heat. Cam and I went over to Mimi and Papa's house. He enjoyed building sand castles with Uncle Tyler.
And getting sprayed with the hose....
We even had to break down and buy a sprinkler for our house. Camden was so excited. Kyle got it all set up and before he went through it, he said, " Mom, I gotta get my umbrella in case I get wet." The umbrella lasted maybe 2 minutes until he started swinging it like a baseball bat and broke it.
I never thought I'd see the day that Camden would actually sit down and put together a puzzle or two or three or five. He gets so excited and proud of himself when he finds each piece that matches.

How Far along: Yea! I've hit the big 3-0! 30 weeks and 2 days as of today. HOWEVER, I'm measuring 4 weeks ahead. It's hard to fathom that if this little girl is really 34 weeks along that when Camden was that big, he was only inside me for 1 more week!
My doctor scheduled another ultrasound for 2 weeks from today to measure how big baby girl is. Yea :) for getting to see her sweet face again!
Total weight gain: 11 pounds total! Doc said baby should gain about 1/2 pound a week from here on out, so to expect a heavy weight gain over the next weeks. Lovely.
Sleep: It's ok here and there. The nights we didn't have air were pretty bad. I just keep thinking about when this little princess comes how little sleep I will actually get :)
Best Moment this week:
Daddy has been working extra hard to get his little girl's bedroom finished. He not only has this on this 'honey do list', but is also finishing a bathroom. He's doing an amazing job. The top is a rosey pink color and the bottom is white bead board. Kyle also built a shelf above the window (thanks, Pinterest:). Hopefully this weekend we can start setting up furniture!

Movement: She moves non-stop and I love feeling her. I don't think she will have any problems keeping up with her big brother.
Cravings: oh... anything and everything. I've said it before and I'll say it again, having chocolate chip cookies in my house is deadly.
What I miss: The nice weather, grilling, and being outside has made me think about a nice glass of wine a lot more these days. No too much longer and I can enjoy a glass ;) In the meantime, my mom surprised me with a bottle of non-alcoholic wine. It wasn't too bad... I even enjoyed it in a wine glass.

| Dr. V-Webb is so sweet with Camden. She lets him find the heartbeat at every appointment. He gets to squirt the jelly, find the heartbeat and read the numbers. Today the heartbeat was 144. |
