Our vacation to Great Wolf Lodge was definitely one to remember. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed 3 days at the water park. Since we had never stayed in a hotel together, I had pretty low expectations of how Camden would sleep. I was pleasantly surprised with how well he went to bed (although rather late) and napped for us. His very cool Kid Kamp Bunk Bed sure helped him. :)

We were lucky enough to be right across the hall from Julian and Evie! The excitement these kids expressed is rather hard to put into words. Lots of jumping, shrieking, running down the halls, so excited they are shaking and stuttering (well the stutter came from Cam;).... you get the picture.

Until tomorrow....
Although the park was closed and we were ready for bed, the kids couldn't get enough of the water park. They loved to just look out these huge picture windows and dream about the fun they would have the next morning :)

It was so much fun to see Julian and Camden interact on this vacation. Whether it was in the water park running around trying to decide the next thing to do, having a conversation over dinner, eating ice cream together, or bossing each other around. They were hilarious to listen to and a joy to be around. Watching them together made me count my blessings yet again....
The Bucket!
Every 5 minutes this huge bucket dumps 1,000 gallons of water. Camden enjoyed it, but only from a distance. As you can see from the picture, Daddy (in the green shorts) was loving every minute of it!

It may seem that Daddy was the only one hitting the water slides with Camden.... not true. Mommy was right there too! I just didn't think me in a bathing suit and Kyle with a camera in his hands was a good combination ;)

We can't wait go back! Camden has seen numerous commercials on TV since our vacation and asks when we are going back :) Thanks again, Mimi and Papa for this wonderful Christmas gift.
