Birthday Boy!

Happy 1st Birthday Camden! Even though he wasn't feeling well, Camden still had a great birthday. After getting a call from daycare on Friday that Cam had a temp of 102.2 and was falling asleep while playing with his toys, we decided it wasn't a good idea to have the big family birthday party on Saturday.

It's hard to believe a year has already passed. Thank you Camden for bringing us so much love, making us laugh, and teaching us patience. =)

Mommy made my albino monkey cake... its actually supposed to be a polar bear, but we thought it looked more like a monkey instead. I amputated his leg... it was yummy!

Here I come Mama! Camden has been doing so well walking. He has taken quite a few spills, but of course it doesn't hurt unless someone is watching him fall ;)

The next group of pictures were taken on Saturday - the day we were supposed to have his big party. The theme was monkeys. In hopes to help make him feel better, we let him open up an early birthday present.

Since we cancelled his party so late, the cake was already made. Robyn, our old babysitter made it. We froze it and hope to still use it at Cam's rescheduled party.
